Washington State Declares it Illegal to Discuss or Write About Online Gaming
Apparently the 1st Amendment does not apply to Washington State.

Due to the egregious actions of the politicians of the State of Washington, we find it necessary to shutdown this website that provided information and materials on the book "10MinuteWin - The winning breakthrough strategy that takes advantage of the statistical anomalies in online gaming."
Online gambling is now a Class 3 felony in the State of Washington - the same as child pornographers - . "Discussing" online gambling is now also against the law. So not only are online poker and online casinos now seriously illegal - it is forbidden to "discuss" or "write" about this vile crime. Interestingly, the State has no issues with the 57 licensed card rooms, the multitude of Indian casinos or the vast number of its state lottery games. The State even says it's ok to wager online if you are wagering on the State approved horse races.
Says the director of the Washington State's Gambling Commission, Rick Day — the ads, the linking, even the discussing — violates a new state law barring online wagering or using the Internet to transmit "gambling information." "It's what the feds would call 'aiding and abetting,' " says the director of the state's gambling commission, Rick Day. "Telling people how to gamble online, where to do it, giving a link to it — that's all obviously enabling something that is illegal."
